What's the investment?
Like anything that will make you better - you're going to have to INVEST; time, energy and money (obviously). The specifics of each will differ person to person.
Time - This coaching program goes for 16 weeks. You'll be asked to invest anywhere from 2-6 hours per week (big dependable variable here). At the very least, can you invest time into yourself each week in order to become a better all round man?
Energy - This is no walk in the park. No quick fixes here. Sure, we make the physical stuff simple, but you have to be willing to invest a good amount of your mental and physical energy into this program, and ultimately YOU.
