What's the investment?

Like anything that will make you better - you're going to have to INVEST; time, energy and money (obviously). The specifics of each will differ person to person.

TimeThis coaching program goes for 16 weeks. You'll be asked to invest anywhere from 2-6 hours per week (big dependable variable here). At the very least, can you invest time into yourself each week in order to become a better all round man?

Energy - This is no walk in the park. No quick fixes here. Sure, we make the physical stuff simple, but you have to be willing to invest a good amount of your mental and physical energy into this program, and ultimately YOU.

Now, I’m just one man, obviously, but what my bigger purpose and mission in life is centred around is helping as many men as I can realise this potential in themselves; to become this beast, gentleman and legend yourself!


We men have been conditioned to chase a life that someone else designed. In the last 100 or so years we’ve totally screwed it up. What made sense to our grand parents no longer serves us. And we need to change. What do I mean? Well... We’re fatter, weaker, more confused and unhappy than ever before; in Australia alone 28% of men are OBESE (around the Western World it's consistent).
The World Health Organisation estimates that depression will be the number one health concern in both the developed and developing nations by 2030. In Australia the highest rates of depression and anxiety occur in men aged 35–44, as do the highest rates of suicide. In fact suicide is the leading cause of death in men under 44 years old! 

Every day in Australia 6 people die by suicide - 5 OF WHOM ARE MEN! 

Yet with all of this so obvious and widespread it is estimated 72% of males don’t seek help for mental disorders.   If that’s not doing something wrong then I don’t know what is!

We simply must change.

And in my opinion this can and must be paired with a new definition of what it means to be a man, bringing it back to what it once was; a leader, a provider, a healthy role model;
